Six NSW heritage plates and one Tasmanian plate were offered at this auction.
The highest priced plate was 361 which sold for $80,000, but of more interest were the high prices paid for the four digit plates.
I can’t recall a four digit plate selling for as high as $65,000, which is the amount paid for 1974.
