A dozen plates were offered at this auction, with only three of the four-digit plates failing to sell.
The highlight of the night was 599 which sold for a very impressive $94,000. This may seem unusually high for a number in this range, but is explained by the fact that the Ferrari 599 was the Italian marque’s flagship car at the time of the auction.
The full plate results are detailed below. If the number below appears as a link, you can follow the link to our photo of the plate on a car.

“A mate of mine got carried away and paid way too much for ‘599‘. Bought it for his brother who has a 599; but he should have checked first because his brother is happy with the 2 digit he has on the car. The ‘599’ plate now sits behind the bar at Zagames looking for a new home.”
